REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Thanks for shopping with LARRA SPMU. We really hope that you love your items – but if there is a problem or you’ve changed your mind we’re happy to help you to return your item or shop for a new one.
If you have an item you would like to return, please notify us via email immediately with your reasons for the return, indicating whether you wish to obtain a refund or exchange the item in question. Then send the item back as soon as possible with the order form enclosed.
You have (30 calendar days/20 calendar days/10 calendar days) from the date of your purchase to return it to us. Your item must be unused and intact in its original packaging in the same condition as it was received to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once we receive your item we will let you know that it has been received by us. We will then inspect the item and notify you on the status of your refund or exchange. If you have requested and are eligible for a refund you will receive it within 5 days of approval notification. You will be refunded via the original payment method you selected upon purchase.
We will offer a refund for any items which have been damaged in transit, are not of satisfactory quality or in the event that you have changed your mind or no longer need the product.
Some items are eligible for an exchange. In this instance please indicate which item(s) you wish to replace your product with. Exchanges are subject to the same process as above – and if eligible new items will be sent out within 5 days of approval notification subject to stock levels.
Faulty or damaged goods
We thoroughly check our products and only select reputable suppliers as partners, but in the unfortunate and rare event of a damaged or faulty product we will offer a refund or exchange subject to inspection.
I didn’t receive the correct item
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please notify us straight away as above and we will exchange it for you.
You will be responsible for your return delivery cost and any addition shipping costs incurred if you choose to exchange your item. The cost of shipping depends on the nature and size of the item and will be calculated accordingly.
How do I return my item?
Please carefully package your item in the original wrapping and packaging in which you received it, if possible. Ensure that the box or packet is fully sealed. Please enclose your delivery note explaining the reasons for your return and indicating whether you require a refund or an exchange.
We recommend that you send your package via a registered courier or Royal Mail, selecting the tracking and signed for option. You should also retain your receipt as proof of postage in case your package goes missing.

Are there any items I can’t return?
Yes. Due to the nature of some of the products we sell we wouldn’t be able to offer a refund or exchange for hygiene reasons. These items are marked as ‘non-refundable’ at time of purchase – so please check your original order details to ensure that your item is eligible for return.
